SYNC™ Interactive

SERVICES: OVERVIEW

NETGENPR helps brands create a more effective online presence that will increase attention and advocacy with their target audience.

We provide companies with design, implementation and management services for Web presence and social signal (i.e. content and conversations) delivered through the SYNC™ Interactive framework.

In addition, we provide digital media solutions for Public Companies including IR Newsroom and CEOLive. We also offer Website design and development on Open Source CMS platforms: Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress.

SYNC™ INTERACTIVE: OVERVIEW

SYNC™ Interactive was inspired by the concept of a Synaptic Web (as detailed at www.synapticweb.org) in which, "the connections between objects are more important than the objects themselves"[1].

The SYNC™ platform uses an integrated process architecture to incorporate connections between all network components: presence, content, community and collaboration. This integrated network or 'Brand Cloud' is the foundation from which we build a robust, results-driven interactive communications strategy for companies on the Web. We then use this strategy to manage brand signal flow that is iterative, feedback driven, and designed to generate high action-potential within the targeted network.

"The 'Synaptic Web' is about the evolution of the Internet from document delivery platform, to a platform for communication ("2.0") and now towards something much more profound: a dynamic web of adaptive "organic" and implicit connections whereby real-time information flows give structure and meaning to previously unconnected sets of data. The Internet is a sea of conversations streaming through connections, and these patterns have meaning.[2]

Synapticweb.org

In short, SYNC deployment strives to align the online behavior of brand and audience by 'SYNCing' their respective patterns of information flow, active 'synaptic' connections and ongoing dynamic signal.

The SYNC model was developed and tested using data from over three years of active Social Media management for over 41 companies. The experience garnered from multiple implementation scenarios as well as intensive case study research, social network analysis, agent behavior modeling and signal flow-analysis has contributed to making it one of the most dynamic and progressive online awareness platforms available.

SYNC™ EXECUTION MODULES

Module One: SYNC™ Audit and Design

The objective of SYNC™ Module One is to assess the structural and functional integration of social presence and social signal for the brand network. This analysis is then used to design a deployment strategy that leverages propagation pathways to achieve network synchronization. Propagation pathways are the relevant, active connections between nodes (people, social objects, social graph) and objects (data sources, applications, media).

Module Two: SYNC™ Execution and Reporting

The objective of SYNC™ Module Two is to use the strategic framework from Module One to maximize signal propagation (i.e. 'word-of-mouth' distribution) of brand message and identity throughout its relevant network and thereby increase action-potential. Module Two also includes SYNC™ Reporting which endeavors to provide brands with a clear understanding of online engagement dynamics as well as insight into audience Social Graph structure in order to leverage network effects to their full extent.

SYNC™ COMPONENTS

Brand Cloud (Network)

  • Component 1: Web Presence
  • Component 2: Community Channels
  • Component 3: Content Data
  • Component 4: Collaboration Mechanisms

Target Cloud (Network)

  • Component 1: Seeking Behavior
  • Component 2: Social Influence
  • Component 3: Cognitive Load
  • Component 4: Decision Making

SYNC™ PATHS (Initial Action-Potential Paths)

  • Path 1: Attention
  • Path 2: Context
  • Path 3: Relevance
  • Path 4: Advocacy

SYNC™: ACTIVATORS (Initial Action-Potential Targets)

SYNC Activators are sets of path specific 'Primers' with a corresponding 'Target'. Below are four path activator sets used during initial deployments of SYNC.

Presence - Identity Bridging

  • Target - Presence Identifiers linked to active social signal.
  • Target - Presence Identifiers cross-linked throughout network channels and content.

Community - Signal Diffusion

  • Target - Dynamic Signal Spiking in real-time streams.
  • Target - Social Gestures for implicit information discovery

Content - Data Diffusion

  • Target - Low Cognitive Load content (i.e. infographics, video, etc.).
  • Target - High Relevance topic trends.

Collaboration - Feedback Cycle

  • Target - Multiple Feedback Mechanisms (i.e. Q&A, Polls, Forums).
  • Target - Feedback/Reciprocal Outbound Signal.

SYNC™ METRICS

SYNC Metrics are the basic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) used to assess progress and performance of individual deployments. The metrics sets are listed for each SYNC Component. These metrics are not all inclusive as each client may have specific objectives outside the scope of this set (in which case we identify most appropriate KPIs).

Attention Metrics - Identity Nodes

  • Website Traffic
  • Outgoing Signal Click Traffic

Context Metrics - Social Nodes

  • Follower Counts
  • Social Gestures (i.e. likes, retweets, bookmarks, etc.)

Relevance Metrics - Content Nodes

  • Blog Metrics/Comments
  • Social Mentions/Search Results

Advocacy Metrics - Feedback Nodes

  • Feedback Metrics (Inbound Relevant Signal)
  • User Generated Content (UGC)
